During the Covid Lockdown in summer 2020, it became apparent that we needed to do some house-keeping about how Norwich Hackspace is structured and managed.
A review was undertaken by one member who spoke to approximately 10 people to find out what was perceived to be going wrong and issues to be addressed.
This resulted in some healthy discussions as we all agreed that some processes and especially decision-making had lapsed and become less clear than in the past.
The proposal above is offered as a presentation of what needs to be addressed and how we can do that without throwing the baby out with the bathwater - an evolution of Hackspace 1.0.
The outcome of the Zoom meeting on Tuesday 27 October 8.30pm is posted on the Hackspace Wiki.

The agreement was to adopt it with some aspects to be worked on during 2021.
